I see. One way to limit this potential for abuse would be to make it take 10 minutes or so for attributes to reload. It tends to take a bit to get everyone logged back in, back in party after re-boot anyway. While not eliminating the issue this would at least give insta-ready guild member’s fir...

To get undrunk you just have to wait (for a guy who got drunk and feaked out)
I'm not sure how long it takes, depends on how much you drank and likely other factors. I'm pretty sure logging out of the game will pause your recovery. Your best bet would be to leave yourself idle untill you sober up.
