Moon cycles

How do moon cycles work? There's no reference in 'help calendar' or 'help hours'. Do they rise in a specific hour? How often are they full? Are there phase shifts between Lhundaer and Aythzilla? etc.

Umm, we already have this? One first requests devwiz status from Belannaer or whoever it is that handles them, then gets access to devwiz forums: development and coding, dev+ channel, coding documentation, coding examples and such. Yes, Solar has written it as it is. I'd go for Belannaer/Ginjeet ax...

area creation/lack of coders

A lot of the fun in the game, for me at least, is exploring new areas and for some time now I felt like there aren't many new areas to explore. The main reason is probably lack of coders. Now, I think the wizards are doing a great job, but they're swamped with handling game mechanics and guilds etc....

I agree with all previous rants, especially the declining playerbase part. Push the vote button.

In addition, I think area creation contest is pretty easy to kick off and will bring a fresh breeze to the game.

Allow reincarnation to be cast at self -> BAM everyone takes 8 chrono levels and nobody has to look for charity reincs.

It seems to give pretty high skill maxes compared to other secondary guilds (and maybe renders army_sec kind of useless). Of course with no cost caps it will only be fully realizable for high-end players.
And what does cloak and dagger skill do?

ALClient works with no installer, takes only ~400k and even has a boss key!
Perfect for work (and home).
Perhaps slightly less feature full compared to Mushclient, but has all the needed mudding features:
aliases, triggers, hotkeys, timers, hilights, mapper and whatnot.
