also wanted to add.... one reason for keeping it so that newbies dont get houses is simply that ppl should be encouraged to travel and explore :P (wich they might do anyways) but buying a house would be similar to "Settling down" right? im just saying it does make sense SOMEWHERE about hig...

(not sure if it already is but...) architecture (wether it be the physical labor part or the mathematics and designing) COULD be a background option right? the nerdy/smart ppl would probly benefit from the geometry/mathematics training (not sure what kind of bonuses youd get.. but i bet mathematics ...
