One solution could be that mobs had some chance to go agro from debuff spells but not always. That could depend from monster level etc. A bit like psis' probing works. Currently it's usually just better stick with those damaging spells.

Psi casters would really need new damage type spell(s) against big (eq) mobs. Mages have 4 damagetypes, so do covens (poison,asphyx,acid,psychic) and they get archery skills too. Psis only got 2-3 (psychic, phys, magic that can be used only when mob doesn't wear eq) and they are often resisted. Buff...

Consider works just fine the way it is but some suffix not to spam always so many lines would be nice since usually it's only important to know the adjective how strong the mob is.

I agree with Klarh. Mages already have 3 defensive spells that are all good and they can solo efficiently with them. And elementalist's armour works against physical damage too. Mages can already summon minion to tank them if they have over 50 levels and pick earth priest sub.

I didn't read all the posts but the idea itself is ok, but it just feels so second-handed if you know what i mean.. seems every other rpg has some kind of necropolis, and I didn't get any real new ideas out of there. And why do something millions+ games have done already?

I feel snakemen are ok, but little uptune for other caster racers would do nice, so same opinion with yoz here. Btw. More special abilities between races would do nice, so it wouldn't be just difference about stat cost etc. between races but you would actually feel like playing whole different race....
