There are other ways to gain reputation then by killing mobs. For example a very fesable way is to kill rep monsters with a party which is totaly different. It would be fair to be more down rep mobs if there were more +rep ones thus making players feel quite stressed when they have to be VERY careful. Would be fair to drain energy proportional to the % it represents in players allready known skill. For example if the bonus is 2 and the player had 2% before then the drain should be maximal whilst the player had 80 before the drain should be almost none
