Reported this as a bug but Galiere says it's supposed to be like that, and it's due to having low skills. When you apply powder to a quiver the first 18 arrows get covered only in a thick layer of powder, after you apply more and more powder it becomes a very thick layer of powder. I guess you could...

Re: duh
i would rather see some kind of a quest involving a chitine and a nice chit silk glow item as a reward There is one. And chitisilk stuff is still obtainable from NPC smiths! I think Echcua had an oversight when he hammered artisan tunes into being with his Doomhammer(tm). However, that cloud does n...

Actually centaur SEEMS like it could be a good melee ranger race. Those poopy weapon penalties were removed so they're as good with any weapon as any other race pretty much. 17 str, 14 dex, 17 con (and fairly cheap to train all three, 4-5 each) gives it 48 total there. Dark elf has 44, Elf only 41 ...

The stunning idea is really nice imo. Shadowdancers need something else. Well one of the problems with dancers partying is that often players don't want to wait around for a dancer to hide+stab. A usual exp party with offies will just attack everything. Dancers being able to use backstab as a comba...

... backstab is already quite strong... Here we go. Yup, backstab strong, but you cant use it more than once on a mob usually. Unless you wait a while wich in most cases means the mob is gonna regen or gonna get killed by someone else. And engaginn the mob in melee is just not working. Melee is soo...

I've only got limited experience in dancers so my perspective is different to others who have played longer, but: Shadowdancers already make a nice solo rate as it is, i agree with the tunes to make em more party friendly, but giving em slashing weapons would also increase their soloing rate which i...

Re: help sarcasm
Things will probably change for the better for Artisans once those gemmed enchantable eqs come around. Yeah, sure... Hmm well who knows, at the moment players either make their own eq or buy it from people who are capable of making it (even more so since the vaerlon smithy was broken) If the new st...

Re: Druids
I think many guilds already cover the concept of a druids...and adding a main guild would be redundant. I mean, you have rangers and alchemists who already deal with herbs, then rangers and shapeshifters who deal with animal lore/combat in the wilderness...a whole plethora of caster/damage guilds, ...

I just skimmed this topic so i dunno if i'm repeating stuff others have said, but i think this sounds a nice idea for the Wilders rather than Rangers. At least in my experience of playing barbs in other games they have an attack all type attack, which is reasonable since they're usually carrying mas...
