I really can't help much on this subject except to say to Apex.
If you're tired of healing players, you could always heal the mobs the players are attacking

A very plentifull mine is there and only miners from the city that controll it get to use it? (If miners guild is ever implemented again)

Personally I would like to see a massive event but maybe not a one time thing eg.

The dark elves are attacking again and there might be several differant waves of them.

And maybe the bloodthirsty shadowdancers get hired by them?

Well I guess if you want to have a 10 log raft we could make the first all terrian version! Then we could drag it with mounts .

5 mil to have a room ? That would leave most people below level 36 out, unless they had sponsors. Maybe us lower people would sleep in the guild hall while the highbies had there own rooms. Another idea is that theres a limmited amount of rooms and the guild leader chooses who he believes is worthy ...

What about a guild that will enhance armour or weapons for a small amount of time? That would make it so that non sp based characters will get a moderate bonus such as a spell that would temporaraly lighten eq or increase attack or defence of other eq, either way will be helpfull to many characters.
