Sounds cool, or maybe you could just have different formations.
instead of just 3 3 3 you could do 4 3 2 or 5 4 or 6 3 or 7 2 or 8 1 or 9 in a front row. :)

It would still have the same number of party members, and it would allow players to more easily find parties.

I believe having the alert system is better than when we didn't have an alert system. If I were to improve it, I would remove alert from begin a channel and make it an area only shout. If the area spell is cast in the outworld, there's really no need for an alert, since seeing that "bladed wind...

Normally when you type skills or spells it lists all the ones you know. My idea is to have it list all your skills that have something to do with your guild, then have a seperator, and then below it have all your non guild related skills. something like: Guild Skills ---------------- Other Skills So...

I like the diversity of this idea. In that, it would be the first time a player could use coins to gain stats other that buying equipment I think. I'm not sure what a reasonable way of governing this would be, but I suppose as long as their are limits, anythings possible.
