To the open subguilds for all, if that is not reasonable, how about this. Allow access or at least less restricted access for subguilds that make SENCE with your main guild. For example, army and templars should definitly be able to make equipment and wepons (smithing) or at least be able to fix/res...

Short idea, with much room for improvment (calm down yoz). Enchanted arrows (help spell enchant arrows) says something along the lines that the spell will help if they ever add magic to the arrows. More likely that pack animals (which dosen't to me count trees, snakes, or spiders) would seek revenge. If a pack member gets hurt/killed, the other pack members would get enraged/would fight harder to kill this dangerous prey. They wouldn't take the hit, but they would try harder to kill the enemy ...
