To the open subguilds for all, if that is not reasonable, how about this. Allow access or at least less restricted access for subguilds that make SENCE with your main guild. For example, army and templars should definitly be able to make equipment and wepons (smithing) or at least be able to fix/res...

Just as an idea, it would be wonderful if there would be a new coin introduced to the game, iceron. Not only would it be something "icesushish" , but would give a new aspect to store money outside bank accounts - you couldn't withdraw them from bank and their creation to mob corpses would...

More likely that pack animals (which dosen't to me count trees, snakes, or spiders) would seek revenge. If a pack member gets hurt/killed, the other pack members would get enraged/would fight harder to kill this dangerous prey. They wouldn't take the hit, but they would try harder to kill the enemy ...
