smithing plans

There is now a new storage for smithing plans. The leather wallet, it stores 30 plans and it smells nice. In 12 hours time plans will become non-saveable unless stored in this fancy wallet. For old plans just quit/reenter or put them in the locker to get the new version so you can put them in your wallet.
