The Icesus Association (Jää ry) Annual General Meeting will be held on the 1st of April 2006 in Hotel Arthur's Executive Meeting Room (Johtokunnan huone) in Helsinki, Finland commencing at 12:00 local time.
The agenda of the Meeting includes the mandatory topics as set out in the rules of the association. If you wish to include additional topics, send them to any of the members of the current Board (Idles, Stalker, Vivian) e.g. by mudmail.
All members of the association are invited to join the Meeting. Please inform of your participation to Vivian by mudmail as soon as possible. An official invitation (in accordance with the rules of the association) will be sent later on.
