Invitation to the Annual General Meeting of Jää ry

Dear Member of the Association,

the Annual General Meeting of Jää ry will be held in the Chagall Meeting Room of Finn-Medi 3 in Tampere, Finland (Biokatu 10) on the 21st of April 2007 commencing at 16:00. The Association offers coffee, tea and pastry to participants.

Members of the Association (year 2006 or 2007) are invited to join the Meeting. Please inform of your participation to the Meeting by mudmail or e-mail to vivian@icesus.org no later than 17.4.2007. You will then be given more instructions of how to find the meeting place.

The Agenda of the Meeting is as follows:

1. Opening of the meeting
2. Selection of the chairman of the meeting, secretary of the meeting, two inspectors of the minutes, and if needed, two scrutineers.
3. Verification of the legitimacy and quorum of the meeting
4. Approval of the agenda of the meeting
5. Presentation of the balance of the accounts, annual report and the report of the accountants
6. Approval of the balance of the accounts and freedom from liability
7. Approval of the plan of action, the budget and the amount of the membership fee and joining fee
8. Election of the chairman of the board and other members of the board
9. Nominating an accountant and his/her substitute
10. All other matters stated in the invitation of the meeting are handled

The Board of Jää ry proposes for point 7 of the Agenda the Membership fee for year 2007 as 50 eur and joining fee as 0 eur.

Evening will continue informally in the heart of Tampere after the Meeting. Members of the Association as well as users of Association’s Icesus-server are welcome to take part.

The Minutes of the Meeting will be posted soon after the Meeting to the website.

Hyvä yhdistyksen jäsen,

yhdistyksen vuosikokous pidetään lauantaina 21.4.2007 klo 16:00 alkaen Tampereella. Kokoustilana on Finn-Medi 3:n Chagall-kokoushuone, joka sijaitsee Biokatu 10:ssä lähellä kaupungin keskustaa, yliopistollisen sairaalan vieressä. Yhdistys tarjoaa osallistujille kahvia, teetä ja kahvileipää.

Kokoukseen ovat kutsuttuja kaikki yhdistyksen jäsenet (vuosi 2006 tai 2007). Pyydämme ilmoittamaan osallistumisesta mudmaililla tai sähköpostitse osoitteeseen vivian@icesus.org viimeistään 17.4.2007. Ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä annetaan tarkemmat ohjeet kokouspaikalle löytämiseksi.

Kokouksessa käsitellään seuraavat asiat:

1. kokouksen avaus
2. valitaan kokouksen puheenjohtaja, sihteeri, kaksi pöytäkirjantarkastajaa ja tarvittaessa kaksi ääntenlaskijaa
3. todetaan kokouksen laillisuus ja päätösvaltaisuus
4. hyväksytään kokouksen työjärjestys
5. esitetään tilinpäätös, vuosikertomus ja tilintarkastajien lausunto
6. päätetään tilinpäätöksen vahvistamisesta ja vastuuvapauden myöntämisestä
7. vahvistetaan toimintasuunnitelma, tulo- ja menoarvio sekä jäsenmaksun suuruus
8. valitaan hallituksen puheenjohtaja ja muut jäsenet
9. valitaan tilintarkastaja ja hänelle yksi varamies
10. käsitellään muut kokouskutsussa mainitut asiat.

Yhdistyksen hallitus esittää vuoden 2007 jäsenmaksun vahvistamista 50 euroon ja liittymismaksun 0 euroon.

Kokouksen päättymisen jälkeen ilta jatkuu vapaamuotoisesti Tampereen keskustassa. Illanviettoon ovat tervetulleita yhdistyksen jäsenten lisäksi myös kaikki yhdistyksen Icesus-palvelimen käyttäjät taikka muutoin toiminnasta kiinnostuneet.

Kokouksen pöytäkirja julkaistaan pian kokouksen päätyttyä yhdistyksen foorumilla.
