Graemor has increased its defences by building a large, menacing, black tower to guard the nexus of roads leading in and out of the capital of Graemor. Overseeing the building of the tower and now commanding position has been given to Sir Varlumm Bragg, a human noble whose house has been able to grow powerful in otherwise dark elf controlled society.
