Two types of new loot now drop from monsters. They are items that allow you to enchant your equipment with magical stats.
The first type may have nearly all magical stats that exist in the game, except skill and spell bonuses. This type of enchant can be applied only to items without any magical stats previously. There is also limitation with certain bonuses that can be only applied on weapons or armours.
Second new type of loot works similarly as the one above with slight difference. It can only have skill bonuses and they may be applied to ANY equipment, even ones with existing magical bonuses as long as they don't have any other skill bonuses yet.
Note that they can be used on some items that some times have stats and some times don't, like items that gain them when wielded. If you use the new item on such equipment the added bonus will be wasted.
