Added spell momentums. The momentum itself is called 'spell impulse'. When it is used it will instantly cast the last offensive spell you casted for free (some spells might still use sp).
This momentum can be gained from two sources: 1) casting an offensive spell in combat 2) normal momentums gained from melee or other sources such as fire priest specials that give momentums to other people.
Only spell casting guilds will gain them from normal momentums. Eventhough fire priests and melee branch of psionicists are more melee guilds than caster guilds they are counted as spell casting guilds for this purpose.
A new skill called 'spontaneous spellcasting' has be introduced with the spell momentums. It increases the chance of gaining spell momentums from casting spells. It is learnable by doing up to 80%.
