Preran has set up a fish shop

An old man who goes by the name of Preran has decided to set up a fish shop where people can sell their unwanted fish. The shop is located southeast of Vaerlon, just north of the bridge that crosses the river. Preran also runs a service of mounting fish on plaques for a meagre 2000 silver coins so that you can hang your best catch on the wall.
