New feature for mounts

You can now buy a saddlebag for your mount that can be used to carry stuff in it. The saddlebag works with attach/detach command, same way the saddles work. You can only put/get stuff to/from the saddlebag when it is not attached on your mount. The saddlebag itself works the same way as all the containers in the game. Saddlebags can be used in addition to wagons allowing you to haul even greater amount of stuff around. Using saddlebags requires your mount to have 'saddle' feat. Also using them is somewhat more risky than wagons. If your mount runs away with the saddlebag it will not leave the saddlebag on the ground like it leaves the wagon. In case the mount dies the saddlebag is dropped to ground.
