what hapened to the Jobs and the Appartments? And if there still around how do you get them and use them?

In a beautiful demonstration of market forces, the scarce supply of apartments was entirely consumed, prices skyrocketed, someone is alleged to have purchased large numbers of apartments to further raise prices... Now once in a while you may see a one room apartment for sale in the right armpit of icesus for 20m silver.

Mining jobs are currently disabled. No word on when they might come back if at all.
