Short changelog from rebalance 11-13.3.2009
Most spells got a slight balance change, spcosts, casting times, damages, damagetypes got a browse through
Some skills/spells are available earlier in the structure.
Spell changes:
- venom needle
- needle storm
- toxic spike
+ thornblast (area damaging acid)
+ entropic fields (necrotic fields lite, area drain/magical damage)
+ withering (passive acid/asphyxiation damage spell)
New skills:
some defensive crap, some casting crap
enhance criticals will affect critical casts
archery in earnest
New abilities (some not yet in game)
archery, and ability to enhance bows with scourge spells
some other fancy ranged combat stuff
more crits, stronger crits (not yet implemented as today)
