Thinking about new secondary guild

I'm pondering about a new secondary guild that is not really related to any main guild at the moment (I want to do more of these in future). I would like some feedback what you think about it. Here are the skills it gives:

What is the guild about then? Solely looking at skills doesn't really give out what is the idea of having this guild.

Light armored melee fighters which seem to prefer daggers?

Just because piercing weapons skill is there doesn't mean the Swords skill is limited to just daggers..

It looks as though it could be quite useful to a few of the existing offensive guilds.

Perhaps give the last 5-10% of piercing/slashing weapons the +1, +2, +3 sort of distribution throughout the later levels..

It all depends on what sort of limitations are put on joining this secondary, and which of the available main guilds can utilize it.

New guilds are always welcome!
I see this one as being less to add to the melee classes - it doesn't seem to add that much to those guilds - but much morefor the sorc or air priest who wants to be a bit more solo viable, the water or fire priest who wants some more versatility, or the player who wants to go coven or infecti, but doesn't have the balls to stand in the front line and make the most of those guilds!

I'm probably only going to limit out Army and people who have militia secondaries.

It seems to give pretty high skill maxes compared to other secondary guilds (and maybe renders army_sec kind of useless). Of course with no cost caps it will only be fully realizable for high-end players.
And what does cloak and dagger skill do?
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
