Tonight I was participating in slay event and ceawin says that you can tell thim help for him to get you out... well i had to for a while and the command did not work.(tell ceawin help--> no such user ceawin; tell caewin help--> no such user. Yes i tried it both ways to see if i had the name wrong.)
I suppose that this has been reported and that is why I decided to post it here, instead of rereporting it, just to give it a bump, and see if it can be checked on.

It was changed so, that by default one can not send tells to any npc monsters. This was abused to find out whether or not certain mobs were alive at the time and could be used to time your exp runs better. Although I don't know, I'd bet they forgot to add a flag to Ceawin that he's allowed to receive tells.
