Comment, discuss, add sections, etc! We need some clear rules to live by in some, more public sections! We will see if we can create some sort of GROUND RULES (yes EULA was a bad word to use but i cant change it now), perhaps it will be voted on/discussed at IceCon 2021 as well, so add your 2 cents asap!
1. Icesus is maintained by people who commit their free time to it, freely. They don't get paid, and this means they also dont get paid to deal with your bs, wizards have the power to ban you if they so please.
2. Threatening to leave (walkout) if something does not please you is childish and you are free to leave. And to come back when you learn to be civil. We cannot all be happy about everything all the time.
3. Continued PUBLIC sedition against a person (wiz)/institute (Icesus)/tune/change/feature etc is punishable (after 2 warnings) by 5/10/15% zap to player total worth. This is to discourage bad behaviour, and to direct all such activity to mantis/forums to be discussed and to get to the root of the problem publicly, where there will be records to see for everyone. This is not to say we will accept tyrants and blindly follow them in fear, but to say "be civil and productive". Please note that this applies also to Mantis and forum posts.
4. A wizard is not above the law, in terms that they will be held responsible if they break the trust they have been given with the status of a Wizard. The board of Icesus can be called to deal with suspected misuse of wizardly powers. They will, however, be given lots of leeway due to their investments to upkeeping the game and fixing/repairing things.
