player run cities

iunno if you think it is stupid but i think player run cities would be a neat idea, higher level player can be mayors,kings,queens,council memebers etc. you can wage wars on other cities and make money by farming and stuff

I think it sounds great not stupid, but also sounds like a lot of work.
