How 'bout a "Geomancer's" guild, members being able to tap into elemental forces. Maybe with these 4 subguilds-
Aeromancer
(able to control and conjure weather related spells)
Terramancer
(ability to change earth to stone, etc.)
Aquamancer
(ability to use water related spells)
Pyromancer
(fire related spells)
Members in the last subguild level could also have the ability to conjure an elemental being, something like the minions from the old earth priests guild. I realize this could be a very powerful guild, so the details would have to be carefully considered, but I think it could be something for the game.
