Perhaps the viewing distance across water should be increased by 1 or 2 tiles?

Get a boat, stop flailing about with your head barely above the water (Or learn to fly) and you can see much farther

I can't drown, I float on water. This isn't an idea to service me; I just thought it would make sense that you should be able to see quite a ways across water.
