Could it be made so that players that vote while signed in at the webpage would get a "sign" in mud that stops the "sudden dream" untill 12 hours have passed since voting. That way people would vote when their supposed to ( I for example find it hard to remember at exactly what hour I voted and might vote too soon or a bit later then I could) and a bit of spam is removed.
Also this "sudden dream" could be received by those meditating,resting (elves) or praying ( three alternate ways to regenerate often used instead of sleeping. I happened not to put my char to sleep for weeks because I could rest or pray which sometimes are better so I didnt get the reminder. Again the same "mark" could be put in so that we wouldnt get not needed messages.
