actually I know ya can get some info from the guild channels but that doesn't always mean ya will or that it will be something usefull, as for doin the codeing I'd be happy to do it once I learn to code on Icesus.
but other wise ya got it about right...just think there should be more insentive to do it so that it would happen often.

apprenticing is a great way to help newbies. As well as the master can tell the newbie about the guild functions can he also concretically speed up his learning in the skills for example his presence when training could decrease the exp/moneycost a bit?

now the only way to help newbies is to drag them in parties and tell them info about their environment, but this would bring that relationship to a more concrete level and you would get the feeling that you can actually have some great teamwork with the newbie.
