new shifter skill

Just another idea to make shifters a bit more interesting.
People who tryed shifters will know that some special abilities of shifters work extremely rarely. I do mean extremely - like special furoius assault (once per week) or slithering dodge of snakes (a few times per 10h session for me). What is this things get boosted with a special skill which is untrainable directly? Something like the "foam" skill for archers! The skill could also slightly affect pack tactics.
It will definitely add some spice for gameplay and will motivate people stay longer in the guild. Besides, the number of masteries (disregarding tactics %%) is extremely small for shifters - only the kinship and the ritual secrets. It is kind of substitute for a mastery :) Besides, it won't unbalance things too much - a player have to stay in the guild for quite some time to raise it since he/she/it cannot just train it high with reinc exps.
And finally, according to the number of people who play shifters right now, the guild might have a smaaal boost, even a illusionary one will do :D
