Outworld map mode idea
Hi, here's some background: I spend 90% of my ranger life in the outworld, and because of this I already know what all the outworld rooms look like, that the ripple in the swamp might be an alligator or whatever. =P I currently prefer brief mode because it cuts down on 'spam descriptions and exits' which take ages to load when I'm lagging (which is almost always :/ ). But even with brief mode I have to keep "look"ing.
So here's my idea, some kind of a map mode for the outworld, where all you see is the lil outworld map when you walk around (as shown in "hunt status"). No descriptions, no obvious exits (which are most of the time all directions anyway) no weather or sky info or water info. Just a map. If one desires to see the state of the weather or room descrip, they can just "look" or put verbose back on. Is goodgood yes?
So yeah I'd love that, maybe other outworlders might too. ^_^

Couple more notes: Yes I did mean it would show items and monsters in the room as well. If it didn't then the idea would be verrrrry useless.
Also this wasn't to discourage people using verbose or brief mode either. There would still be a reason to type look, so it's not like goodbyyyyye descriptions! Nah.
Thanks for all the support! Hopefully the idea will be considered and implemented.
