It was interesting to try and barbecue without infravision. You literally could not see anything but blackness - not how brown the steaks were or how ready the bacon was. The photograph does not show that - the camera had a flash. Turned out to be the best damn hamburger I had ever made and I have no idea why. There were 6 burger steaks total, and only 4 were consumed that night. That left 2 to take back home <3
