Bolt is the optimal attack spell for mages, who have not yet reached the
state of mind and power that they need for becoming true masters of magic.
When cast successfully, a bolt forms between their hands, and when the
chant is completed, the bolt flies directly to a specified target, and
buries deep into the target's flesh releasing its energy, and spreading the
effect throughout the poor victim's body, destroying inner organs and thus
killing lesser opponents. Even greater opponents wince when the bolt
releases its energy into their body.
