After the spell wind was developed, the mages soon realized that they need
a more powerful spell, capable to attack everyone in the same area. As the
wind is quite inefficient against monsters, the rain can do much more
severe damage, and for small monsters, the rain can be deadly. When
conjured successfully, the room where caster is, gets a dangerous rain of
the damagetype specified, and only caster and his party are safe from the
effects of the spell.
