This spell is offensive. This spell is related to elemental Earth.

Life in the world is in constant motion. Life is born, life is lost. It is a cycle, a part of the world's fundamental laws - A law of reincarnation for souls. During the moment of death, the soul is separated from the dying. These discarnate souls get quickly absorbed back into the world's reincarnation cycle, but not always. Dark magicks can seize the soul and usurp the fundamental law, forcing the soul to a limbo. Dhamphir soul magic can form a miniaturized version of the world's reincarnation cycle, its 'underworld river', 'yellow springs' or whatever different peoples around the valley choose to call theirs. This miniature cycle can, however, in turn exert its pressure on living souls to try and forcibly draw them out and into itself. The more souls there are in captivity, the more powerful their pull.

This spell is related to elemental Earth.

Like Lament of the Innocents, River of Souls deals very little damage if the caster does not have (many) unused souls in their (soul collection? need to verify this)
