Storm, the other of the deadliest area spells, has powers which are feared

throughout the continent. Compared to wind and rain, this spell has more

power than they together, and thus casting it requires extremely good

terrible damage and pain for the individuals in the room, and as with

lesser spells, the caster and his party are safe from this deadly spell.
