Commands available while meditating

I propose that more commands should be made available while meditating. The current set of commands is unnecessarily restricted and sometimes also inconsistent. I've gathered some examples:
Score works, but hp doesn't. Party status works, but party status-row doesn't. Who works, pwho doesn't.
Other 'innocent' commands include: time, plan, describe, activate, blessings, title, battle, mon, away, party kills, kill list, pray list and possibly eq, slots, inventory.
I believe that the same holds for sleeping too.

In the same way, specific guild commands (not all btw).
Like sd_who, sd_dev, sd_mastery ... for shadowdancers ...

I'd say commands that only shows informations could be usable while meditating/sleeping.

But i agree no action that would interact with environment/player/mob shouldn't be available.

while meditating, some of the channels are unavalable. like wanted: you can read what it says, but you need to get out of your meditation to write in the channel. there may be others

party shares, party kick, mon, pwho, emotes
also party status works while meditating, but not while sleeping

I'll just edit more commands here as they pop in my head thus avoiding unnecessary spamming.

The away command. Wont work while you sleep, and i cant remember if it does or not while meditating

Currently not available in elf rest:-

ranger command masteries
party kills
battle
post to wanted, possibly others (chat and newbie are available)
hp
ranger_help
look (although you can walk out of the room and back in if you want a room desciption)
issue stuff

another command that is very important that does not work while meditating is uptime.
for the infecti, you can't see any of the active disciplines or your mental entegrity. the masteries don't matter as much, but you can't see those either.

This is only because the channel you are trying to say something, doesnt have "meditalk".. and what IÂ´ve understood so far, that special feature costs money.

Someone compile a list of commands that should work while sleeping and while meditating. The commands should follow the known rules of non-interaction etc. I might slip it in this week.
