A mental link is a neutral way to link to a mind of another psionicist. This link makes psionicists to share their probed victims allowing a group of psionicists to cooperate very efficiently as only one of them has to probe a target and the others are also able to affect the target's mind. Mental link also allows usage of such spells that normally would require a probe in target's mind and usage of mental collegium and metaconcert, which make cooperating psionicists even stronger.
