This skill is automatically in use and learnable by doing up to 100%.

Exotic mounts require special kind of riding technique in order that the rider and his cargo stay in an adequate condition. Many of these creatures are stupid or stubborn so you need to use harder ways to control them like shouting and pulling. This means that you can't fully control animals like giant lizards, spiders and any other special-kind of animals with the normal means of riding and thus must learn this skill.
