This command shows you what blessings you have currently active, what their upkeep cost is, and how much their total upkeep cost is. Read 'help blessing' for more info about blessings in general. Wizards also see how many percent of its full power a blessing currently is at. Wizards can also view another players blessings by giving that players name as an argument, ex 'blessings neurotico'.
