Usage: alarm <hh>.<mm> -- set an alarm to go off at hh.mm EET
alarm <hh>:<mm> -- set an alarm to go off in hh:mm minutes from now

You can set an alarm to certain time by using this command, and note that
the absolute time this uses is EET-time, not anything else. Absolute time
alarms must be set on the current date, no future date alarms. Relative
time alarms can be set for any time.
