This is used to evoke psionic disciplines. To be able to evoke the spell in the first place, remember to assign combat points to 'casting' category by using 'battle -a casting' command for example. When you are not in combat you evoke spells with the maximum speed no matter what the assign values are. Type 'evoke stop' to stop concentrating on a spell or skill, and type 'evoke info' to find out which spell you are concentrating on. type 'evoke <stuff> next' to evoke after your current discipline finishes.
