This command lists people with reincarnation spell and if they are available or not to reincarnate people. Without any arguments it shows only the people who have set them as available for reincarnation. With 'reincers all' you see all players who are able to reincarnate. 'reincers toggle' can be used to change if you are available or not. Even if no one is available it doesn't hurt to ask them if they can reincarnate you.
