The bulletin board supports the following commands:
post [<subject>|<nr>] Posts a new note, use <subject> or leave the
line empty. With <nr> you can reply to the
notes.
Ex. post do this
post 3
read note <nr> on <target> Reads <nr>.
Ex. read 1
list [target] Shows you a list of notes on the board.
