Channel elemental energy

Your training in channeling elemental energy measures your general degree of control over the elemental energies. The most visible effect of this skill is faster bond strength regeneration, but it also affects the maximum bond strength and the duration and effectiveness of some spells. This skill can also be used to channel energy between your elemental bonds. In doing so the syntax is:

'use channel elemental energy at <amount> <element 1> to <element 2>'

The ratio of the transfer is determined by your skill percentage and piety.
