This scepter is little more than a humanoid femur with a ratling skull tied with strips of leather on top of it. It looks shamanic, and a bit unsettling. There are two faint red glows in the skull's empty eye sockets, which gives it an eerie appearance.
It looks like some sort of bludgeoning weapon used like a stave.It most closely resembles a staff.
It is of great quality, and it is in perfect condition.
