After learning the secrets of psyche a psionicist starts learning true expertise of mindcraft. This expertise allows him to discover new aspects of the disciplines he knows and learns. The expertise also allows him to affect multiple minds at the same time making him very deadly and effective in combat and also when using beneficial disciplines. Knowledge in this skill also affects the effects of disciplines affecting many minds at once a lot.
