This spell is offensive.

This is an offensive command for benevolent spirits.

This is the second command for the benevolent spirits. It allows the caster to command one's spirit to channel the elemental energies around it, in this case mostly wind, the purest form of energy around. The amount of energy that is being manipulated is much greater with this command and it allows the spirit to conjure a great, howling tempest rather than the mild windstorm. If the caster is inside the effect is greatly weaker, there just isn't that much air to move around. Sphere of warding protects from this spell. This spell is related to elemental Air.
