This is a command for neutral spirits.

This is the weakest command for the neutral spirits. Rather than affecting to the caster's opponents like the other types of commands the neutral spirits' commands enhance only the caster. This command allows the spirit to withdraw from your scepter and to create a great, kaleidoscopic shield in front of the caster. The shield protects the caster against damage from most elemental sources.
