Weapons born under such circumstances are known as noble, not because they are worn by nobility, but because they are top of the line among those weapons. While most smiths have the skill to maybe succeed in crafting one noble weapon in their lifetime, not many have access to the ore and tools that would truly make their craftsmanship reach the pinnacle and fashion a royal weapon - but noble weapons are a close second.
