It is called the Crescent Moon. It has some runes on it, which, while looked at, reaveal the currently dominant moon and the weapon's capability to drain from their light. The capability raises as the bow is used, and stays with the launcher even if the wielder changes. It is able to imbue raw moon light into the arrows it shoots, causing unseen effects, though diminished indoors. Its magic will not fade for as long as the two moons exist. It will never break.
