Long description:

This is a perfect example of the axe-type favoured by woodsmen and carpenters. It has magnificent wood-cutting capabilities, but is extremely lethal as well. It has a long, wooden shaft, set with steel patterns, and a single heavy steel blade.

It looks like some sort of slashing weapon.
